LAST WEEK'S COMPETITION
Well, now I think last week's competition must have been 100 easy for you as all the answers l! received (and there was a fair swag of them too) with the exception of one or two were correct. I was qililte at a loss to know what to do so I sat down to think and incidentally ate lour or live loaves of bread and .several pounds of cheese. (Very stimulating). J was totally unable to arrive at what I should do when suddenly I happened to catch sight out of the corner of my eye, one ol the correct answers sent in. It said: 'A free picture ticket awaits each one of the three, neatest answers'; — and there was the answer to mv difficulty. Accordingly. H picked out the three neatest correct ones (some job too I might say) and awarded them tickets. This week's winners are: —
Mark Dainion Maureen Gardner Valerie Ranby Congratulations you three. Call and collect your tickets at the Beacon Office. Congratulations to all you other sailors too who sent in correct answers. Have another shot at this week's competition and you might succeed in snatching off a tickct for yourself. P.T.W.
