EVEN FRACTION NEVER HEARD REPATRIATED MINISTER "People ask me if the Japanese atrocity stories are true; I can only say you never hear even a fraction of them, ami God grant you never may." This statement >vas made in an address given last week on "With the Japanese in China." by the Rev. H. W. Mellsop, recently repatriated I'rom occupied China, after almost three years and a half in the hands of the Japanese. Between 50 and 100 people every month disappeared from the streets of occupied cities.
