Headlights and Black-out
neuuiigaip vv -* There has been no offical alteration of the emergency regulations governing the blacking-out of motor car headlights,, and it was pointed out at a meeting of the council of the Automobile Association. (Wellington) that at. present some cars had both headlights shining at night and others were still half blackedout. But the regulations were still in force, and the question was discussed whether it was not time for their removal. A resloution was passed that representations be made to the responsible authority regarding the l matter.,
