Refrshments En Route
A thing which tickled the fancy of Whakataneans was seen in the Strand late on Friday afternoon.'A small boy, one of the notorious trolley fiends, was engaged in propelling his vehicle along the footpath by the. usual means and inside the box was a full case of soft drinks. A smaller boy was seated on the back of the box quite comfortably with one eye on the road. The point is that the other was on the. refreshment. Whether the case was as full when it arrived at its destination as it was at its starting place is a v very moot point. {
