A.T.C. HEADQUARTERS HUTMENTS ON STRAND 1 In continuance of the representations of the local Air Training Corps for the right to waive the existing by-laws governing the (fefinements of the 'brick area' in the Borough, the Aviation authorities have been granted permission, providing ! the hutments are there only for the duration and that they are set well' back from the roadway. This decision was arrived at after consultations between' the Mayor and the Aviation officers; in Auckland', and the obtaining of the subsequent approval of the majority of the Borough Councillors.
