THE "GOOD ENDEAVOUR" LEAGUE
What ho, what ho, ma hearties. Well we certainly have been having some nice weather. It's been just glorious over here on my Island with nothing much to do except laze about in the sun and read your letters. I believe I was going to tell you about what happened when Peterkin was trapped in the tunnel. Well, "sve decided we would have to dig him out, so: leaving Butinsky by the spot I went back to get a shovel, and what do you think I saw. There was Peterkin sitting outside the entrance', large as life. Calling to Butinsky, I went with Peterkin while he showed mc where he had got out. Apparently he had followed the tunnel to the end where, it came out underneath the sea. Of course being a penguin, Peterkin is quite at home in the water, and so was able to swim out ciuite. safely. Well that is. all the room I have just now so more next week. P.T.W.
