ARBITRATION COURT

RESTORATION OF FUNCTIONS STABILISATION REGULATIONS A meeting of the Lyttelton branch ■of the Harbour Employees' Union last week carried a resolution asking the Government to restore the functions of the Arbitration Court and to free the Court from the Stabilisation. Regulations, the resolution adding that injuries were being perpetrated on the workers of Zealand through the Court not functioning.
