J.; MITCHELL, J. A.; RADCLIFFE, D. S.; SPENCE, STUART C.;. and there being only four vacancies to be filled, I hereby declare the said F. J. Burt, J. A. Mitchell, D. S. Radcliffe and Stuart C.
