Praise From Visitors
"It. is often surprising the number of visitors to Wha-katane who take the trouble to look me up in order to pass complimentary remarks upon the manner in which the Borough is maintained," said the Mayor, Mr B. S. Barry, at the April meeting of the Borough Council. "Even visitors from overseas have passed similar comments and I< think that reflects great credit upon our outside staff."
