No appeals will be received after that date. The basis of appeals is as under:— (1) From any farmer who desires to obtain fertiliser for topdressing purposes and who lias no allocation of fertiliser at present. (2) From any farmer who can show that by basing his fertiliser allocation on the two years ended 31st May 1941, he was unduly penalised.
