WEEK-END RESULTS
The Smith Stars, have temporarily ceased their nomadic career this season and have remained in the hands of the present holders for some considerable time, having been successfully defended and held against no less than six challenging teams. The holders (so it. is rumoured sincc the Hood) intend turning 011 a complimentary dinner, for all club members on the eve ol' the seventh consecutive win. Details of the latest game were: — Bennett, Coates, Drube and Harris (holders) 27 beat. Smith, McLcod; How at and Loane 16. Club Games Suckling, Warner, Darvill and Sloane 22 beat Wilson, Shapley, Henderson and Currali 15. Wilson, J. Bell, G. Head, and Tippett 23 beat Campbell, Cantrell, E. J. Bell 1 and Chamberlain. 21. Taylor, McDonald, . Salmon and Baxter .22 beat Miller, Topp, Bigelow and Hellyar 13. McKenzie, Buckman and A. C. King 17 drew with L. Grant and Marsh 17. O'Rourke, Berg, Alexander and Mclsaac 18 beat Butler, Grace, Francis and Caisley 17.
