Amount required lor March quarter to reach estimated revenue for year 1943/44 £15,485 lis lid .(£15,366 3s 8d). Actual for quarter ended 31/3/43). Estimated revenue for year £59,000 (£57,188 2s 9d). % From the above it is evident the gross revenue from the sale of electricity should reach the amount estimated.. For the information of members the following figures are the amounts of revenue and discounts covering the first three months in which the discount system has been in operation, and for comparison the. figures for the corresponding quarter 1942: Gross Revenue: December quarter 1943 £14,457 0s sd; December quariter 1942 £13,890 lis 2d. Gross Discount: December parter 1943 £1258 3s 2d. Discounts forfeited for late payment (gross) December quarter 1943 £98 14s lOd; December quarter 1942 £130 12s 2d. Units Purchased: Nine months ended 31/12/43 14,493,050; 31/12/42 13, 920,550. Equals 4.1 per cent in•crease. ,
