in pursuance of the Electoral" Act* 1927, and the Licensing Act, 1908, and their amendments, I, Martin Cole, Returning Officer for the Ll-i censing District of Bay of Plenty, do hereby give notice that an election will be held for the Licensing Committee for the said District ; and that the latest hour for receiving nominations of candidates will be noon on Wednesday, the Ist day of March, 194.4 ; and that the Poll, if necessary, will be taken at the several polling places of the said District on Tuesday, the 14th day of March, 1911. Every person desirous of becoming a candidate must be nominated by not less than two electors of the Bay of Plenty District, by a nomination paper as prescribed by Section 110 of the Electoral Act, 1927, delivered to the Returning Officer not later than noon on the Ist day of March, 1941.
