("lIITMcCulloch \vhich was deferred from the September mooting' of the AY Thakatane County Council was. formally accepted last Tuesday wlien it was. decided. to call nominations for a new represent; I .live for the Omataroa Hiding. On the chairman's motion it was unanimously decided to write Mr MeCulloeh expressing the council's regret, and conveying to him the regards of members and their deep appreciation of his worlc as chairman and as councillor.
