I The Farmers' Co-operative Auctioneering Co. Ltd., z-eport as fol- . lows on the Hamilton stock sale held lon Tuesday:— Sheep: A larger yarding of fat sheep came forward. Competition for all prime sheep was keen, and recent rates were fully maintained. A small penning of spring lambs also sold at practically unchanged quotations. Cattle: A medium yarding of all classes of fat cattle came forward. Values for all prime cattle were firm at quotations, on a par with recent, sales. A good yarding of fat calves met with steady competition and again values remained firm. The usual yarding of boner cattle commanded. good competition and values in this section also maintained" last week's rates. The advertised yarding of store cattle attracted a good bench of buyers ami competition was keen at ruling quotations.
Pigs: A smaller yarding of ali classes, of pigs. came, forward. l>aconers and porkers remained firm at new schedule rates. Large stores were in keen ■demand but. slips and wcaners were hard to quit.
