PROWLERS AGAIN
WATCH out for him. He's a born coward and can therefore only operate in the darkness which favours his own depravity. Numerous instances of night prowlers are again being reported in this town and once again we raise the warning and ask for the co-operation of all decent-minded folk in bringing about their- apprehension. That we have to put up with the unwelcome attentions of persons of such low mentality is probably due to our own natural sense of trust which the average person has for his neighbour. This has been blatantly abused and it now becomes us as meni to root out the evil by offering every possible co-operation and assistance to the police.
