Sir,—May I quote the following, taken from the •'Standard":—■ (1) In 1912, the breweries had more employees than before the Avar. (2) Press report 7/7/43, one brewery had 21 appeals,, including five bottle washers classed. Al, all adjourned sine die except one. And not long ago our dairy factory was pleading for assistants.
