Surprise for Commissioner The Commissioner of Rehabilitation works in writing the Borough Council last Monday inquired which of the council's proposed undertakings it was prepared, to carry out with its own funds. 1 he council decided to reply to the cfl'ect that it would be unable to proceed with any of the listed works without the assistance oi' a subsidy.
