4 * We Must Vote on this Question! Under the law, electors ate again required to vote on the Licensing referendum at the forthcoming General Election. Many New Zealanders are probably under the impression that the overwhelming majorities for Continuance in the past have settled the issue. THIS IS NOT THE CASE. A proportion of electors may feel that it is not necessary to record their votes on the issue. Neglect to do so may make the impossible possible, allowing prohibiton to be imposed upon New Zealand by a small minority.
