I PUBLICS NOTICES NOTICE OF NOMINATION-DAY AND POLLING-DAY In pursuance of the Electoral Act, Ji, Martin Langridge Solva Cole Returning Olfi.'er for the Electoral District of Bay of Plenty do hereby give notice that, by virtue of a writ bearing date the 31st day of August, 1913, under the hand of the Clerk of the Writs, an election will be held for the relurn of a qualified person to serve as member for the said district, and that the latest hour for receiving nominations of candidates will be noon on the 9th day of September, 1913, and that the poll, if necessary, will be taken at the several polling-places of the saiM district on the 25th day of September, 1943. Every person desirous of becoming a candidate must be nominated by not less than two electors of the district., by a nomination-paper as prescribed by section 110 of the said Act, delivered to the Returning Officer on or before NOON on the. 9th day of September, 1913.
