Mr W. W- Jonascn, the official Labour candidate for the Bay ol Plenty, opened his campaign last Wednesday when lie addressed a large meeting of- electors at Karaka. He is now engaged in an extensive tour of the southern end of the electorate and anticipate* arriving in this district early in September.
