TRINITY COLLEGE EXAMINATIONS The results of the practical examination of Trinity College oi Music, conducted, by the famous pianist, Mr Henri Penn, at St. Joseph's Convent on 24th Jul}', arc. as follows: (65 marks "Pass,," 75 marks "Merit" and 85 marks "Honours"). Preparatory Grade: Maureen O'Rourke (lions:. 86 marks), Vilma Bowering (merit, 81 marks), Bernadnttc -McLaren (merit, 80 marks), Joyce Comis'key (merit, 75 marks). First Steps Grade: Yvonne McNaughton (merit, 79 marks). Initial Grade: Dawn Armstrong (hons, 85 marks), Margaret McDonald (hons, 85 marks), Noleen Loomes (merit, 80 marks). Fourteen candidates gained, honours and one merit in the Theory examination held last June, six of whom gained the maximum (100 marks). Theory Examination Junior Grade: Peggy Hooper (100 marks), Tuppy Symmans (99),, Ann Goodwin (92). Preparatory Grade: Mairc Goodwin (100 marks), Noleen Loomes (100), Maureen OHourke (99), Bernadette McLaren (98), Vilma Bowering (96), Shirley Smyth (94.),, Joyce Comiskey (89). First Steps Grade: Margaret McDonald (100 marks), Charmaine Fitzgerald (100), Yvonne McXaughton (100), Yvonne Zinsli (97), Lola Ale'ksich (78) .
