THE "GOOD ENDEAVOUR" LEAGUE
What ho, what ho, ma hearties. Chilly weather what! I am beginning to thintk I am getting soft, for last night I really had to get my hot' water bottle at midnight and heat it up again. I wonder how many of you have to have a hot water bottle at night? At any rate I think it really is time I started making a fuss of myself. When you have kicked round the world as much as I have,, you will probably feel the same. I have, built myself a nice cosy place (except when the roof leaks) and I don't sec why I should not make myself comfortable. Now lads and lassies I feel that I have been talking a lot about myself so I expect I had better wind up and get on with the page. Cheerio till next week. Your old friend P.T.W. i
