Part Te Tawa Farm Settlement— About 96 acres. Both farms are situated 2 miles from Waimana and 9 miles from Taneatua, Bay of Plenty, and carry 50 dairy cows, each. Each farm is provided with a suitable dwelling, milking shed and plant, and other buildings. Conditions of offering and form of application may be obtained at the office of the undersigned.
