TYRE RETREADS
AVAILABLE FOR FARMERS CLASS 'B' CATEGORY The Primary Production Coun•cil has had advice through the Ministry of Supply that there is l still' only a very limited number of new car tyres available; The Department however statesthat there- is a considerable quantity of rubber available for "B" retreads of motor car tyres: v of this a considerable percentage has been for farmer's car tyres. Application should be made for "B" retreads before the tyres) reach the stage when retreading is not practicable and new ones are requited. If farmers will do this, it will be possible for them to keep their fvehicles mobile for still a long period l .
