Sir,—l have again received: the months picture programme from the Whakatane theatres.- Can you tell me when and why the regulations prohibiting the publication <"■? such programmes were, cancelled. ' Yours etc., " WAIMANA." (The prohibition of the printing of picture programmes was introduced by the Paper Controller as a means of conserving the Card when stocks, were seriously depleted. The arrival of new supplies has enabled the ban to be lifted. Ed.)
