RECENT COURT CASE
Sir,—Re recent court case, I am afraid we will have to get back to facts. „ A citizen in Wha'katane, many times before the court. and fined for breaking .the law add? to the list by not registering for service,, he gets fined a very paltry sum, while others get a heavy fine for •a similar offence- Some people-want t.o know why this injustice? Also how is it these things go on? The- public know so much, and believe me a good deal more than it is credited Avitli. • .. .. r The Beacon deserves' great credit for putting honest opinion before its readers, we are sincerely indebted *to them for this and trust the time will never come when we will be afraid to express our feelings over unfair treatment. Yours etc. FAIR DEAL.
