An Historic Football We have had the pleasure of inspecting recently a small-size lootball bearing the signatures of 27 (of the. 29) Springbok players who toured this country in 193 G. This unique trophy of one of the most momentous football tours in the rugby history of the Dominion is ■in the possession of Mrs O. Oswald and is actually the property of her young son Roddy. The signatures which are still discernible, particularly those of Craven, Nel and many others is the more valuable in view of the tragic fate which has apparently overtaken most of the men in the team. It is certainly a splendid link with happier days and we J'eel that it cannot have many parallels in thi.s country.
