ON Monday, June 7th will commence a series of educational lectures at centres on the Rangitaiki Plains, by Mrs Dorothy Johnson, tutor-organiser for the Auckland University College (Adult. Education Section). The course which covers a series of four lectures at Otakiri, Te Teko, Awakeri and Edgecumbe will be spread over one month) and furnishes a rare opportunity for country women to gain permanent knowledge and an insight into the major questions of the day as well as a broader conception of human psychology and education along many lines of intimate study. The course which costs but a fee of 2/- 'is dedicated especially to the womenfolk of the country districts.
