MY SCOTTISH HILLS
The hills of my homeland arc calling to me l — Calling—yes calling across the wide Sea— And my aches with longing— for they seem very near—• Ah! hills of my homeland—to: me ''ever dear, God grant, that some day I sail back once more— To the dear familiar .scenes of my own native shore— And the. liiils that I yearn for again will I see— Ah! hills of my homeland— You are ever Avith me.
