SERVICE TO THE BOROUGH ENGINEER'S REPORT In his report to the Borough Council last Monday the Borough Electrical Engineer, Mr F. W. Hillcrest plant ;so that the pressure could be raised to supply Mr G. Hamill's residence as instructed by the council. Building Permits: The following building permits have been issued during the month: Additions to residences. 2. The value of these buildings being £230.
