WHAKATANE and Bay of Plenty Scouting interests generally will hasten to endorse the deep debt of gratitudewhich they owe to the Governor General and Lady Newall for the remarkable warmth of their interest in Saturday's Scout Rally May we add our own appreciation of Their Excellencies keenness to co-operate their readiness to converse with one and all, and their graciousness on all occasions.
