According to l a message received from Dis|tribt Scout Comr missioner F. Christian of Tau-

raniga, there appears to be every prospect of His Excellency, Sir Cyril New all and Lady Newall attending the forthcoming Boy Scout Rally to be held during the coming week-end.

In a telephonic communication it was stated that His Ex celtency hoped l to be able to make an inspection of the assembled 1 scouts at 12 noon m the Domain and also to- attend. 1 and address the boys ait the combined Church Service on the Sunday.
