Sir, —Can you give us any information about the amazing new work going on at Flat Rock near the Heads? T. see the Borough foreman with a swag of men putting in whal looks like a ramp out to the hock with concrete walls. What on earth is this for? And another question! v - Is there no limit to the expendi-'" ture of good money down at this - new acquisition to Borough?
