PRICES AT HAMILTON The Farmers' Co-operative Auctioneering Go. Ltd. report:— Sheep: At their weekly stock sale held at Hamilton on Tuesday, a medium yarding of fat sheep came forward. Competition was keen, and prices showed an increase on last week's rates. There was a good yarding of fat lambs. The qualitywas not. up to usual standard anil prices Avere slightly easier. Cattle: A smaller yarding of ox beef -were penned with values on a par with last week. Cow and heifer beef camc forward in. fulil numbers and finished cattle sold readily. Boners and bulls eased in value. A full yarding of veal was also easier of sale. Pigs: A very large yarding of both fat and store pigs: was penned. Cornpetition for baconers and porkers was very keen with values fully Up to new schedule rates. The demand for store and weancr pigs was also very keen, a good sale resulting.
