SCHOOLMASTER'S POSITION

A schoolmaster -who tlesired to join the Air Force, feeling that his place in the school could, be easily filled, was appealed fori by th« Auckland Education Board at a recent sitting of the No. 2 Armed! Forces Appeal Board in Hamilton. The reservist was Douglas W. B. Turney, head, teacher, Te Rapa, and the Education Board was represented by Mr S. B. Sims, a member.
