WOMEN HAVE JOBS SAFEGUARDED ' Women who are directed by the district manpower officers from their ordinary jobs into more essential work are entitled to get their jobs back after the war. This a\asmade clear by an official of the National Department in "Wellington when the- question was raised as to the right of women and girls when transferred to Avar work. He said they received the same protection as the men under the Occupation Re-establishment regulations. "Any person directed into essential woric bj r a manpower officer is entitled to his job back after the war just as 'if he had gone into the Armsd Forces.
