"In certain districts utilisation committees have been set up, and these include the motor trade, engineering, printing and publishing, and tramways. Concerning appeals in these trades, the Armed Forces Appeal Board prefers to have a report from the particular ultlisation committee concerned. This is in addition to the appeal, which nvust be made direct to the board. For the benefit of employers and employees in these trades it is suggested that copies of all appeals to the board he forwarded to the district manpower office, which will have them investigated by the appropriate committee."
