Mr Sullivan added that he was not yet in a position to give full details of how the scheme would operate as further particulars were awaited from London, but the Food Controller would call a conference, of importers and indent agents as soon as the proposals were 1 available. Plans for operating the scheme within the Dominion would be discussed then.
