The New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Co. Ltd.. having neld Sheir Annual Spring Fair on Wednesday, 9th instant, report that there was a yarding of 1450 station cattle, the Avhole offering' being sold under the hammer.
Fat P.,A. heifers realised from £10 17s to £11 8s: fat coavs ranged from £9 2s 6d to £10 14.5; forward conditioned 4 year old P.A., bullocks £12 to £13 2s 6d; fresh conditioned 3 year old H. and P.A. bullocks £10 15s to £11 6s; 2 year P.A. steers up to £8 14s; yearling H. and P.A. steers from £6 17s to £7 13s; H.. and P.A. in-calf cows £5 3s to £5 lis; yearling P.A. heifers £3 14s to £5 ss; fat. Jersey 3 and 4 year old bullocks £10 l()s to £11 JOs,; store Jersey cows from £1 to £5.
