UNSIGHTLY OUTBUILDINGS
PERMITS MUST ]!K SECURED
The Director of Housing Construction writing through the State Advances Corporation regarding the Borough Council's protest against the erection of garages and outbuildings on State House properties within the Borough has advised that such action is in contravention of the existing tenancy agreement.
Tenants desiring to crcct any structure on State premises, are not permitted to do so unless* "by permit from tile Coroporation and unless such building is in accordance with the local body by-laws and not detrimental to the appearance of the block.
