PERSONAL
The recently published military honours list included besides the name of Col. Frank Prideaux of Wliakatane 1 , another well known and popular local man L/Cpl A. B. Penny who receives the British Empire Medal. L/Cpl Penny whose home is in Chris tchurch worked formerly for the Bay of Plenty Power Board and went abroad with the 3rd Echelon. Our warmest congratulations go to him also.
