"WAGONS ROLL AT NIGHT"
Today's new picture at the Grand Theatre will be "The Wagons Roll at Night," starring Humphrey Bogart, Jioan Leslie, Eddie Albert and Sylvia Sidney, "The Wagons Roll at Night" is the exciting drama of reckless men and women who live in a city on wheels, with new adventures turning up at every bend, of the road. Bogart. plays the role of a tough and impregnable owner of a carnival. In his troupe are the worldly-wise fortune teller, Fiorina, played by Sylvia Sidney,, and Matt, small town who joins the troupe and becomes the lion-tamer, played by Efldie Albert. Like most "hard guys" Bogart has a soft spot, which he guards carefully from the members of his troupe. A WESTERNER Eiscapit motion pictures form the pet aversion of Fay McKenzie, titiara haired starlet playing opposite Gene Autry in Republic's "Sierra Sue," now showing at the Grand Theatre. ' She enjoys working in westerns because of their down-to-earth reality.
