DEHYDRATION OF MEAT
COMPLIMENTS FOR AUCKLAND
At last executive meeting of the Auckland Farmers' Union a letter was received from the Southland Provincial Union conveying congratulations Cor their initiative in pushing, the business of dehydration of meat in their province. ''This executive." the letter added, "is particularly interested in this, matter and would be pleased to have any information which you may have and which you think may be of value to them in their Further discussions, particularly as to what class of meat you-have experimented with and the average return to farmers for such meal."
