KATIKATI DAIRY CO. The chairman of directors (Mr E. Marshall) presided over 87 shareholders at the 41st annual meeting of the Katilkati Dairy Company. The output showed a decrease over the previous season of 77 tons, equal to 7.51. per cent. The quantity of butter made was 959 tons 9cwt 2qrs Gibs. The cost of production had increased by .052 d per lb butterfat over the previous season; 81.40 per cent of the 1 butter had been graded (in est. The directors recommended a payment of 4 per cent on each £1 paid up capital, estimated to equal .o(>7d lb butterfat. Butterfat for the year endel 191041 was estimated at 15.955 d Avhich was the actual payment made, and after payment of dividends the surpluns was estimated at 1.551 d lb: total average for all grades per lb butterfat was 15.854 d and dividends were .o(j7d; total per lb butterfat including dividends 15.921 d. It was proposed to pay out 1.50 d per lb for the month of June to March inclusive and 2d per lb for April and May.
