HELPING TO MEET MARKET ACTIVI TIBS ON ST ATI-: FARMS Included in the work of the State game farm. Ngongotaha, liolorua, is the production of fowl und duck eggs for the market. The Minister of Internal Affairs, the Hon. AV. E. l J arry, said in AYaihi on Wednesday tin-it the farm had for some l time been yielding fo>\i eggs as a profitable sideline.
The fj-.rm management had greatly increased its production of fowl eggs since the shortage of eggs and the curtailment in the rearing of pheasants. This policy had also been pursued at the Parapanuimi'. game farm of the Wellington Acclimatisation Society.
