INSPECTOR TO ACT Following a considerable number of complaints from residents and business people, regarding the number of stray dogs on the Strand the Horough Council has decided to instruct its inspector to take firm steps to deal Avith the matter. The question of apparently ownerless dogs wandering up and down the Strand and generally creating a nuisance, lias been before the council from time to time and by authority it is actually required Ito have all registered dogs on the leash whilst in town.
