The amount oT such rates will be payable in one sum on the 31st <lay of August, 19-12, together with the special rates already made and levied. The valuation roll of the district is open for inspection at the of the Collector of Rates, Chief Drainage Engineer's Office., Room 45, Government Buildings, Customs Street West, Auckland, and a copy of the same may he inspected at the office of the Land Drainage Engineer, at Thornton, near Wliakatane, at all times at which those offices are open for the transaction of public business.
