AUTHORITY OF E.P.S. MEMBERS
MAY SUMMON ASSISTANCE
According to recent amendments of the E.P.S. Regulations any member of E.P.S. while on duty may in case of necessity call upon any person, whether a member of E.P.S. or not, to assist him in the performance of any task or to summon assistance. Failure to comply with such a request is' an offence, unless the person concerned hias "good and sufficient reason" for his refusal, states the April issue of the 1 E.P.S. Bulletin.
