MORAL DECAY
FRANCE'S DOWNFALL CAUSED
DEMOCRACY WEAKENED
We are told that drj T «rot was the causc of France's downfall. Moral decay is tragic. Individual decay in things spiritual is fatal. In lighting to hold our land we believe that Christian civilisation - must have ground to root in. We cannot secure this unless we as citizens are pre-" pared to live up to Christian principles. As a tree roots deeply in good soil, so does healthy growth proceed, and sound timber result. There are signs that our democracy has been sorely weakened by the. decay of a sense of individual responsibility. Instead of inclining towards God we have declined from His ways. Is not the source of this decline to be found in a denial and neglect of God and His divine law.
Stop the decline J Begin the incline; face up to facts! You need God; God needs you!
